The service

Zoe is a personal assistant you reach by SMS. The web platform is a configuration and review surface.

We provide the service "as is." Features may change. Zoe is not a human, and her answers — particularly about scheduling, medical, legal, or financial matters — are not professional advice.

Your account

Your phone number is your account. Keep it secure. If you change numbers, tell us.

You're responsible for activity on your account. You can close your account at any time by replying STOP, by emailing help@zoe-aid.com, or by using the unsubscribe action in your settings.

Billing

$5/month, billed monthly via Stripe. 30 days free, no card up front. Cancel anytime — refund pro-rated for the remainder of the cycle.

If a charge fails we retry once 24 hours later, then pause your account and tell you. We never let your account quietly fail and keep texting you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zoe to harm others, plan illegal activity, or send messages on behalf of someone who hasn't consented.

If we have reasonable belief that the service is being misused, we may suspend or close the account. We'll tell you if we do.

Liability

We do our best, but we're not liable for missed reminders, delayed messages, or decisions you make based on Zoe's suggestions.

Carrier delays, outages, and message-delivery failures are outside our control. Use Zoe alongside — not in place of — your own judgement.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects you, we'll text you in advance.

Material changes get at least 14 days notice via SMS and an updated "last updated" date on this page.
