Text any of these as a complete message and Zoe will respond appropriately.
STOPUnsubscribes you completely. You'll get one confirmation text, then nothing. Billing stops with it.
PAUSEPauses messages until you text START or visit your settings. Billing pauses too.
STARTRe-enroll. Resumes Zoe from wherever you paused her.
HELPReturns this page's link plus our support email.
QUIET"quiet for the rest of the day" or "quiet until monday" — natural language works.

Stopping & pausing

Reply STOP to any of Zoe's messages. You'll receive a single confirmation, then nothing — ever — unless you sign back up.

Pausing is a softer alternative. Reply PAUSE to stop messages temporarily; reply START or visit your settings to resume. Your memory and conversation history stay intact while paused. Billing pauses too — you're not charged for paused weeks.

Frequency

Standard is about 20-40 messages per week. You can change this anytime in settings or by texting Zoe directly.

Reminders you've explicitly set don't count against the cap. If a message comes through during quiet hours, Zoe will hold it until quiet hours end — unless it's something you've flagged as urgent.

Billing

$5/month, billed monthly. 30 days free, no card up front. Cancel anytime — refund pro-rated.

Invoices and receipts live in your account under Settings → Billing. We use Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
