The service
We provide the service "as is." Features may change. Zoe is not a human, and her answers — particularly about scheduling, medical, legal, or financial matters — are not professional advice.
Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. You can close your account at any time by replying STOP, by emailing help@zoe-aid.com, or by using the unsubscribe action in your settings.
Billing
If a charge fails we retry once 24 hours later, then pause your account and tell you. We never let your account quietly fail and keep texting you.
Acceptable use
If we have reasonable belief that the service is being misused, we may suspend or close the account. We'll tell you if we do.
Liability
Carrier delays, outages, and message-delivery failures are outside our control. Use Zoe alongside — not in place of — your own judgement.
Changes
Material changes get at least 14 days notice via SMS and an updated "last updated" date on this page.
