SMS Terms

last updated · march 14, 2026

What you're consenting to

By giving us your phone number, you're agreeing to receive text messages from Zoe — about your day, your goals, and anything you've asked her to keep an eye on.

You consent to receive SMS messages from Zoe at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies; on average, expect 20-40 per week. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time. We'll text you one confirmation, then never again — unless you re-subscribe.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you. You will receive one confirmation message, after which you will not receive any further SMS messages from Zoe unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, reply START.

How to get help

Reply HELP for support, or email help@zoe-aid.com.

Reply HELP at any time and we will reply with how to contact us. You can also reach us by email at help@zoe-aid.com.

Frequency

Standard is about 20-40 messages per week. Reminders you've explicitly set don't count.

You can adjust the cap to "light" (~10/week) or "proactive" (~50/week) in your account settings, or by texting Zoe.

Carriers & rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. We support major U.S. and Canadian carriers.

Carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your number is used to text you. It isn't sold, rented, or shared with marketers — ever.

For more on what we collect and how we handle it, read the Privacy Policy.
