What we collect

Your phone number, the SMS messages you exchange with Zoe, and the things she remembers about you. Nothing else.

We do not collect your contacts, your location, your browsing history, or anything from other apps on your phone. We don't read your other messages. We don't ask for app permissions because there is no app.

How we use it

To text you. To remember context across conversations. To improve Zoe's responses for you specifically.

Your conversations are used to keep Zoe's understanding of you up to date. They are not used to train any general model that touches anyone else's data.

Your number goes to the SMS carrier so the message can be delivered. Stripe processes your payment. Nothing else gets shared with anyone, including marketers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not share aggregated profiles with advertisers. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs on the platform side.

How long we keep it

As long as you're a user, plus 30 days after you unsubscribe — to give you a window to come back or download your data — and then it's deleted.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing help@zoe-aid.com. Backups are purged on the same schedule.

Your rights

Read what Zoe remembers, edit it, delete it. Download everything. Stop participating at any time.

The Memory and Conversations pages on the platform are the primary read/edit/delete interface. For a full export of your data, email us.
